A Month Of Pink

As you know, October is breast cancer awareness month and to show support, pink is the color to wear.

While I don't have personal experience with breast cancer, an aunt on my father's side died from the disease and a former co-worker is in a second battle with it.

As you also know, I'm not much of a pink girl but I do have a few bottles and even frankened a pink. Dug through the stash tonight to find what I had.

There's some glitters somewhere in the stash so lots to choose from for a month of pink.

For day one, I chose Sinful Colors Cream Pink.

Bright pink with gold shimmer. Picture is two coats. Without top coat, this dries semi-matte.  With top coat, the gold shimmer really pops. So pretty. With a pink like this, I'm wondering why I don't wear this color more.

Lots more pink to come. This month's technique is water color so expect a pink one along with a water marble, perhaps some stamping and a dotticure and gradient. Some of these most likely will involve a non-pink color since most of the pink I own are similar in shade.

Busy month but for a good cause. Break out the pink and let your support show.

Thanks for reading and stay tuned.
