Polishes From Impala

Today I have for you a Brazilian brand of polishes called Impala. I found them on Amazon. Cost was about $16 for the quartet, plus shipping brought the cost up to about $20.00.

The image on Amazon led me to believe these would be holographics but they aren't. At least, not the way we think of holographics although the pink one comes fairly close.

Formula on these is quite thin and they are four pretty sheer. I used three coats and there was a lot of visible nail line. As I've said before, I don't mind visible nail line but these would also work well for glittery toppers, I think. There's .25 ounces in the bottles, so I didn't think about $5.00 each wasn't  a bad price for them.

On to the swatches. All pictures are with flash.

First, the gold one - Conquiste Sempre, which translates to several options: Win Always, Conquer Always, Achievements Always.

The silver one is called Brinde Comigo!, which translates to Toast Me!

The blue one is called Dance Mais, which translates to Dance More.

And finally the pink one called Ame Muito - translation: Love Much.

As well as being a bit more holographic, this one was also the most opaque at three coats.

Amazon has a good selection from this brand. I've got my eye on several more to add to my collection.

Thanks for reading and stay tuned.
