Reviewed: August Glossybox

Happy Thursday!

Got the Glossybox for August to show you today.

Starting with the Glamglow Youthcleanse Daily Exfoliating Cleanser.

This cleanser starts out looking like mud but develops into a lather to cleanse and exfoliate the skin. Though the description on the website doesn’t specify, the Youthcleanse designation leads me to believe this might be meant for younger complexions.

Their website is currently under construction but you can also find their products at Sephora.

The full size product is 5 ounces and sells for $39. This deluxe sample size is one ounce and would be worth $7.80.

I also received a lip balm from Lillipops Makeup

The flavor is Delicieuse, which is French for Delicious. It smells really good and feels even better. This clear balm is made with ingredients like macadamia oil, vitamin E and beeswax, and has a vanilla scent and flavor. I've been reaching for this one quite a bit since it arrived. It really eases any dryness in my lips every time I put it on.

Lollipops is a French cosmetics company with plenty of outlets in Europe but apparently none in the US - I looked. The page will be in French so you'll need to have your browser translate the page for you. I did find an option for English but received an error message when I used it.

This is the full size product and would sell for $5.50 if available in the US.

Next is a Kajal Pen from Pop Beauty in Sooty Black.

This liner has a smudging tool at the other end to help achieve that smoky eye look.

Another full sized product, it sells for $10.00.

I also received a polish from Sparitual.

This is I Feel The Earth Move,  brown black cream that may be too dark for me but we’ll see.

This is also a full sized product and sells for $12.

The final product is a lash primer from Manna Kadar Cosmetics.

This is a white lash primer that goes underneath mascara to give lashes that full, voluminous look. It can also be worn at night as a conditioner.

Founded by French-born Manna Kadar, this company is based in Southern California and from what I've seen on the website, offers everything from skincare to makeup. I've already got my eye on several items, including an invisible liner for lips and brows. Very interesting idea.

This primer is a full sized product and sells for $24.

Total value of this box is $59.30. Monthly cost is $21. Go here to get yours. I see at least one thing on that page that I really hope is in my September box.

Thanks for reading and stay tuned.
